Over 23 years of senior management and technical expertise in industrial operations, including 16 years with ExxonMobil as a Power Plant Lead overseeing installation and commissioning of Siemens SGT-600 turbine systems. A certified data analyst with AI and machine-learning expertise, Michael runs Terzonova’s deployment operations with the precision of a global energy major.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) with 30 years managing high-value financial operations, including over 15 years at Chevron Nigeria - supervising payroll for 3,000+ employees and managing partner relationships for the multi-billion-dollar Escravos Gas-to-Liquids project. Daniel owns Terzonova’s financial governance, controls and joint-venture discipline.
Over 19 years of financial leadership and digital-systems expertise, including 16 years with Chevron Nigeria as a Senior Finance Analyst, where he led the Deep Water Onne ShoreBase Migration Project that delivered US$18 million in optimization. A Certified Information Systems Auditor, Hameed architects Terzonova’s revenue models and channel economics.
Over 20 years across corporate planning, finance, audit and investment governance at Chevron Nigeria, MTN, KPMG and Access Bank - leading performance management, regulatory reporting, audit teams and executive-level stakeholder materials. Nkiruka manages Terzonova’s corporate administration, compliance discipline and institutional relationships.
The first hires are a Senior Software Developer and an Electronic Engineer, onboarding at funding to finalize the edge-AI stack and hardware integration. The team grows to twelve as deployments scale - every role based in Canada.
