1. Who we are

Terzonova Inc. (“Terzonova”, “we”, “us”) is a Canadian construction safety technology company. We provide an edge AI platform that detects site hazards, alerts workers and generates compliance documentation. We can be reached at info@terzonova.com.

2. Our privacy-by-design commitment

The Terzonova platform was architected to minimize personal information from the start:

• Video from site cameras is processed locally on the on-site edge node and converted into anonymized wireframe representations. Raw video is discarded immediately and is not stored or transmitted to the cloud.
• We do not use facial recognition.
• Wearable wristbands are alert receivers. They are not used to track location during breaks or to measure productivity.
• Our worker Data Bill of Rights contractually prohibits the use of Terzonova data for disciplinary action related to work speed or rest periods.

3. Information we collect

• Platform event data: structured safety event records such as timestamps, hazard types, zone identifiers, anonymized worker and operator IDs, alert delivery and acknowledgement status.
• Account data: names, work email addresses and roles of client personnel who use the Terzonova dashboard.
• Website inquiries: information you choose to send us through the contact options on this site, such as your name, company and email address.

4. How we use information

• To deliver real-time safety alerts and compliance analytics to our clients.
• To operate, secure and improve the platform.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Legal framework

We design our practices to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for activities in Quebec, with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25. Where provincial occupational health and safety law requires retention of safety records, we retain the structured event records described above for the period the law requires.

6. Security

Event records are cryptographically signed at creation to prevent tampering. Data in transit between sites and our cloud platform is encrypted with mutually authenticated TLS. Data at rest on edge nodes is protected by AES-256 full-disk encryption with keys held in a hardware Trusted Platform Module. Access to the platform is controlled through single sign-on and role-based permissions, and access to personal information within Terzonova is restricted to personnel who need it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@terzonova.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
